JM Construction Services Inc. was established and incorporated in December of 2008 as a Construction Management firm. Joe Morales, President of JM Construction Services Inc., began the company after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management/Commercial Development from the University of Southern California. Joe had already been working in the Construction Industry for years and was able to use this experience to obtain contracts as a project manager for several companies performing federal projects.

In doing so, Joe has acquired the skills in developing private, public, and federal contracts and managing projects from procurement to project completion. Hired as a consultant in construction management by several firms, his skill base includes: Administrative prep, proposal packaging, negotiation, manage in-house crews, scheduling, buy-outs, govt. negotiations, field management, implementation of CQM, and all documents associated.

The management and active involvement in every aspect of federal construction projects have allowed Joe to develop a client base of general contractors and develop an overall understanding of federal contracting. This has been shown in multiple successful projects completed ranging from 50k- $15 million.


JM Construction Services Inc. has worked on over 250 construction/engineering projects both competitive bid and sole-sourced. This experience has allowed Joe Morales to develop a clear understanding of obtaining contracts, developing/maintaining long-term relations with customers, management of federal, public, private projects, the importance of safety compliance, and producing a quality product within budget and scheduled completion. Joe has actively involved himself in networking for federal work allowing him to develop a base of opportunities to pursue.
